Registering an Account and General Questions
1.Do I need to register before using the Sell Mine
service?
Yes. You need to select the Create New Account link in the blue box on the
right side of the Logon page. If you already have any account with EX-FACTORY
INC. (exfactory.com or machineryauction.com) the same User ID(email address)
and Password will work with the Sell Mine
service.
2. What is EX-FACTORY’s privacy policy regarding information in my
account? EX-FACTORY will not release any of your account
information, including your email address, to any outside party. For details,
please see the Privacy Policy link at the bottom of most exfactory.com pages or

3.How do I change my email address or other information in my account?
You can logon to your account and click on the link "My Account"(top
right of the page). Once you are on the "My Account Profile Information"
page, you can change the information and click "Update profile" button to
update profile.

1.What screen resolution should I use to best view the site? 1024
x 768 pixels or a higher is best for this site, however, 800 x 600 will work
with a little overlap.
2.What web browser works best with the site? Our site is best
viewed on Internet Explorer 6.0 or higher.
3.Does your site use cookies? Yes. We use cookies to store your
login information. The cookie on your PC saves your account
information between sessions on our website.

1.Is there more information about the equipment? Please call the
Product Manager of the machine category.
2.How can I contact the Seller of the machine?
Please call the Product Manager for the machine category.
3.Can I inspect the equipment? Most Likely.Please call the
Product Manager of the machine category.
4.Is there a warranty on the equipment? No. All equipment is
offered "As-Is, Where-Is." Information about the equipment for sale is provided
by the current owner. EX-FACTORY INC does its best to ensure that the
information is accurate, but does not accept responsibility regarding the
accuracy of information or description supplied. Specifications are correct to
the best of our knowledge and obtained from sources deemed reliable. Still, we
encourage personal inspection prior to the sale to confirm accuracy. EX-FACTORY
INC cannot guarantee the correctness of specifications.
5.Is there sales tax on my purchase? Possibly. EX-FACTORY will
speak with the Seller. Any taxes due are the responsibility of the Buyer
to remit to the proper taxing authority.
6.How do I make payment for a purchase?
Payment is made directly to EX-FACTORY by company check, wire transfer or (if
less than ...$ 5,000) credit card prior to equipment shipment.

How do I get my machine shipped? EX-FACTORY will arrange
for freight.
Who can I call to rig my machine? EX-FACTORY will arrange for
rigging.
